What happens when I visit?
Your browser asks our host, Cloudflare, for each page. Cloudflare processes basic request data as part of hosting the site. We set no cookies and run no analytics.
What do you collect?
We have no accounts or forms at launch. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.
Email to our addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare to a Gmail inbox. We keep it only as long as we need to reply and to keep a record of corrections.
What about health and genetic information?
Please do not send it, about yourself or anyone else. We intend to hold no genetic reports, test results, medical records or individual risk status, and to keep no list of at-risk people. Any future collection would need a written purpose and approval first, as the draft describes.
What about links to other sites?
Many pages link to registries, journals and other organisations. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we do not control them.
Will this change?
If the site adds anything that collects information, we intend to update this page first. Each page shows the date it was last checked.
Who can I contact?
Privacy questions can go to hello@thegenerativebrain.org.
